Our Wedding

Abbey and Tyler's love story began over three years ago. Their first date at Lucky's, a local restaurant in Dayton's Oregon District, turned into hours of conversation and laughter, setting the stage for a beautiful relationship. Over the past three years, they've supported each other through career changes, celebrated personal achievements, and embarked on adventures both big and small. They've learned to communicate openly, compromise lovingly, and cherish each other's unique qualities. Together, they've built a home filled with love, understanding, and shared dreams for the future. Abbey and Tyler enjoy finding joy in life's little moments, and are excited to continue to grow together as a couple.

Friday Night

The Night Before at the Dayton Beer Company

Join us for a laid-back evening of craft beers and good cheer as we kick off our wedding weekend! Abbey and Tyler invite you to raise a glass with them at the Dayton Beer Company on Friday evening. Whether you're arriving from near or far, we'd love to start the celebrations early with our favorite people. Stop by anytime between 7-10pm to share some laughs and local brews before the big day! The address to the Dayton Beer Company is 41 Madison St.Dayton, OH, 45402 and is in walking distance from our hotel blocks!

Saturday - The Big Day

The wedding ceremony begins promptly at 4:30pm at Westminster Presbyterian Church. Cocktail hour and the reception will begin immediately following the ceremony at 5:30pm at the Dayton Art Institute.

Olivia is Abbey's sister.  Although there are seven years between the two, Abbey and Olivia are extremely close. Olivia has always brought a sense of lightheartedness to the family. Her incredible wit and sense of humor is unbeatable, and she always has a positive outlook on life. As maid of honor, her speech promises to be a perfect blend of humor, heartfelt memories, and maybe a few embarrassing childhood stories (sorry, Abbey!).
Abbey couldn't imagine her big day without Olivia by her side, and is grateful for the love and support of her incredible sister.

Olivia Collins

Caleb has been Tyler's best friend since their freshman year of college, where they met as pledges in the Alpha Sigma Phi fraternity. Their friendship was forged through their love of college tailgates, late night study sessions (at the bar), and Nickelback.  When they're together at the local watering hole, they bond while playing Nickelback and Creed on Touchtunes to everyone's delight.
Caleb is thrilled to stand beside his best friend on this important day and is looking forward to embarrassing Tyler just a little bit with stories from their college days.
Tyler couldn't imagine anyone else as his best man and is grateful to have Caleb by his side as he takes this next big step in life.

Caleb Brown

Casey and Abbey's friendship began at Saint Francis University where they were roommates and teammates on the soccer field. 
They supported each other through the ups and downs of college life, from exam stress, fitness tests, to figuring out what to wear to LPG.
After graduation, Casey moved to DC and Abbey moved back to Dayton, but they remained close despite the distance. Casey and Abbey have been able to travel the world together, beginning while they were in college to Spain, and most recently Paris and London.
As a bridesmaid, she's excited to stand beside her best friend on this special day and continue their tradition of being there for life's big moments. 

Casey Gallaher

Andy, Tyler's older brother by five years, has always been a role model and partner in crime. Growing up, the two were always fighting over the last deviled egg at Thanksgiving dinner. They always made up after Tyler inevitably got the final egg.  They continue to bond over their shared love of golf, football, and video games. Andy is also the father to Piper, Tyler and Abbey's flower girl. Tyler and Abbey love being an aunt and uncle to the precocious Piper.

Andy was one of the first family members to meet Abbey and immediately recognized how happy she made Tyler. He's been an enthusiastic supporter of their relationship from day one.

As a groomsman, Andy is excited to stand beside his brother on this important day. Tyler is grateful to have his brother by his side as he takes this next big step in life, knowing that Andy will always be there to offer support, laughter, and the occasional dad joke.

Andy Minnis

Andrea and Abbey's friendship began in 7th grade when they both joined the student council. Their shared passion for school involvement and knack for organizing events quickly turned them into an unstoppable duo.
From planning high school dances to navigating the challenges of college and graduate school together, Andrea and Abbey's bond grew stronger with each passing year. 
Both high-achievers, Andrea and Abbey's friendship encouraged one another to always strive for excellence and continue to push their limits. 
Their paths diverged slightly in college, with Andrea pursuing her passion for dentistry while Abbey focused on becoming a physical therapist. Despite different career paths, they remained close, seeing each other in Dayton during holidays, or Abbey traveling down to Tampa for a visit.  While both are extremely busy, every time they catch up on the phone it is as if no time has passed since their last conversation.
As a bridesmaid, Andrea is thrilled to stand beside her dear friend on this important day. 
Abbey is grateful to have Andrea by her side, knowing that their friendship, which began in a middle school classroom, will continue to thrive for years to come. 

Andrea Tsatalis

Sam, Abbey's younger brother, holds the unique position of being both a groomsman and the bride's sibling. Tyler and Sam's friendship has grown independently of Abbey, bonding over their mutual love for camping, cooking, and fine dining. Their playful banter and inside jokes have become a staple at family gatherings.
As a groomsman, Sam is thrilled to support both his sister and soon-to-be brother-in-law on their big day. He's looking forward to giving a toast that promises to be equal parts embarrassing for Abbey and welcoming for Tyler.
Abbey and Tyler are both honored to have Sam stand with them, representing the merging of their families and the strong bonds they've formed over the years.

Samuel Collins

Meghan and Abbey's friendship began as Abbey started her PT career. Meghan was extremely helpful in guiding Abbey through the roles and responsibilities as a new PT. 
When Abbey left the clinic for a new opportunity within the same network, she knew she'd be leaving behind not just a colleague, but a true friend. However, their separation was short-lived. Meghan and Abbey are now reunited and work at the same PT clinic, and even have their desks side-by-side. 
Outside of work, Meghan and Abbey discovered their shared love for city walks, travel, ice cream, and the occasional pool day. 
As a bridesmaid, Meghan is excited to support Abbey on her big day. She's promised to bring her famous energy to the dance floor and has even prepared a special "PT-approved" stretching routine for the bridal party to ensure everyone is limber for the dance floor.
Abbey is thrilled to have Meghan stand beside her, and is grateful for a friendship that extends far beyond the walls of their clinic. She knows that with Meghan there, laughter and fun are guaranteed on her wedding day.

Meghan Segebart

Jared, fondly known as Turk, and Tyler's friendship began during their first semester at college as they were pledging the same fraternity.  Their shared admiration for involvement on campus and brotherhood quickly cemented their bond. 

Despite his party animal reputation, Turk was also a dedicated student, often joining Tyler for marathon study sessions in the Fraternity house. He now puts that same energy into his career in supply chain management, where his unique personality and organizational skills shine.

Turk was one of the first to meet Abbey and immediately approved, noting how she brought out the best in Tyler. He's been a consistent presence in their lives, always ready with a funny story or words of encouragement, alongside his wife, Megan.

As a groomsman, Turk is excited to stand beside his old friend on this important day. He promises to keep the reception lively with his signature dance moves and maybe even treat the guests to his famous turkey call.

Jared (Turk) Rohrs

Sarah joined the family when she married Tyler's brother Andy seven years ago, but it feels like she's always been a part of the clan. With her warm personality and family-oriented mindset, Sarah fit right in with the family's dynamic, often matching Tyler drink for drink at holiday gatherings. 
Sarah and Abbey bonded quickly over their shared love of Saturday morning Starbucks and Target runs, and of course, Tyler.
As the mother of Piper, the adorable flower girl, Sarah has been patiently coaching her daughter for her big role in the ceremony. Her calm demeanor and ability to wrangle a toddler have proven invaluable during wedding preparations.
Tyler and Abbey are grateful to have Sarah not just as family, but as a true friend. Her support, thoughtfulness, and the joy she brings to their lives is immeasurable. 
On the wedding day, you'll find Sarah making sure Piper's flower basket is full, touching up any last-minute details, and likely sharing a laugh with the bride and groom to calm any pre-ceremony jitters.

Sarah Minnis

Cody, Tyler's cousin has been a constant source of laughter and entertainment at family gatherings since they were kids. Growing up, Cody and Tyler were partners in mischief, with Cody often masterminding their escapades and Tyler somehow talking them out of trouble.

A member of Dover, Ohio's local government by day and NCAA quarterback on Xbox by night, Cody approaches life with a quick wit and an infectious smile. His ability to find humor in any situation has made him a favorite at family events and a go-to for cheering up friends in need.

Cody was one of Tyler's biggest supporters when he started dating Abbey, often offering unsolicited (and sometimes questionable) relationship advice. He's thrilled to see his cousin so happy and is looking forward to celebrating the couple's big day.

As a groomsman, Cody has taken it upon himself to ensure the dance floor stays lively.

Tyler and Abbey are excited to have Cody be part of their big day, knowing that his presence guarantees plenty of laughter and memorable moments. 

Cody Jerles 

Logan and Tyler's friendship was forged over shared bottles of Buffalo Trace and the roller coaster of emotions that comes with being die-hard NFL football fans. They met through their fraternity in Bowling Green State University and have been close ever since. So close, in fact, that they now live across the street from each other. 

A whiskey connoisseur with an impressive collection, Logan has been known to surprise Tyler with rare bottles for special occasions. His knowledge of spirits is matched only by his encyclopedic memory of Cincinnati Bengals statistics, making him an MVP at both cocktail parties and sports trivia nights.

Logan's loyalty extends beyond his favorite team to his friendships. He was there for Tyler through thick and thin, offering support during tough times and always ready with a toast to celebrate the good ones. When Tyler met Abbey, Logan was quick to welcome her into their circle, even if it meant occasionally toning down their wilder game day antics.

As a groomsman, Logan has taken his duties seriously, organizing a bachelor party that perfectly balanced Tyler's love for adventure with his appreciation for fine whiskey. He's promised to be on his best behavior during the ceremony, but all bets are off once the reception starts.

Tyler and Abbey are thrilled to have Logan stand with them on their big day. They know he'll bring the perfect blend of fun and sincerity to the celebrations. Just don't be surprised if you hear the occasional "Who Dey!" chant during the reception.

Piper is the 2-year-old niece of the groom, Tyler and daughter to Andy and Sarah Minnis. As the couple's flower girl, Piper is thrilled to be a special part of their wedding day.
At just 2 years old, Piper loves to explore, sing, play with her toys, and spend time with her family. She's especially excited to walk down the aisle and sprinkle flower petals, although she may need a little help from mom or dad to make sure she can get down the long aisle at Westminster!
Piper's infectious smile and silly personality are sure to bring joy to Abbey and Tyler's celebration. We can't wait to see Piper in her flower girl dress, spreading love and happiness on the wedding day.
